WAN MPLS services are delivered over fiber circuits and FTTC connections across 9 sites including DC. 2x sites supplied and provided with 100/100Mb
resilient connection operating active/passive, terminating into dual RSX300 Juniper routers configured with VRRP for failover mechanism in the event of
primary circuit failure. 3x sites supplied and provided with 1G/1G resilient connection operating active/passive, terminating into dual RSX300 Juniper routers
configured with VRRP for failover mechanism. 2x sites provided with 100/100Mb link as a primary link and FTTC backup. Terminating into dual Juniper
routers configured with VRRP for failover mechanism and one small remote site in Birmingham.
A dual fiber cross-connect is supplied and provided at the data centre operating active/passive mode. The connection is handed off to the EDD(Ethernet
demarcation device) for circuit monitoring and management, into the Juniper routers configured with VRRP for failover mechanism, then into the customer
phone system (BPX), and the PDQ machine system. Voice and PDQ machine services are delivered from the DC. (Exponential e DC) via colocation services,
3x VLANs are configured on the EDD (Voice, data, and PDQ) VLANs. The three services are delivered on the same 1Gb circuit using different VLANs. 300Mb
of
bandwidth for WAN, data VPLS, 100Mb for PQD VPLS and 30Mb for Voice service delivered from the Expo voice platform.
Centralized internet services are delivered from Exponential e data centre over dual NG FortiGate firewalls with a maximum of 500Mb of bandwidth per customer.
Enabling UTM features including Web filtering, Application control, anti-virus, and mail filtering. The Centralised firewall is connected to the WAN VPLS, the data
VPLS. All sites connected to the WAN VPLS access internet services via WAN VPLS. 500Mb bandwidth is shared between all sites connected to the WAN VPLS.
A cloud connects exchange services to Microsoft Azure, a private and secure connection. the connection terminates into the customer WAN VPLS from the Expo
cloud
connect platform. Every site connected to the WAN VPLS accesses Azure services via the WAN VPLS Instance.
